I have intention to buy a resale flat however I have a question in regards to the agent fees. As per normal I heard the rate is 1% commision for price however I am wondering is it possible to pay the agent fees thru installment? Your kind advise will be much appreciated.

Hi

It takes approximately 5 months or more to complete the sales from the day of 1st viewing. It would not be feasible for any further extension on 1% commission,
