Hi,
1) Your final judgement is only out in Sept, you will not be eligible to apply for the August BTO.
2) The reason is you are in the middle of the court process, your marital status is undefined at this moment.
3) You might encounter problems in future because you have to state your marital status in the application. And if you are lucky enough to be selected for flat selection, and finding out by the HDB that you had submitted false information in the application a few years later. Your flat will be confiscated as a penalty.
