I have fully paid by current hdb flat. I am now keen on a ground floor hdb flat and have identified a few ideal units. Should I buy first or sell my current flat? If I sell first, then my concern is those potential flats would not be available by then.

Hi, due to the weak market sentiment, it is more advisable to sell first and then purchase the next. While you have a good point there, my question will be what happen if you will to buy first but have a hard time to sell off your existing unit? Wouldn't it be more worse?
