Hi Gary,

1) You have to ask yourself now a crucial question; do you have time to wait any further?
2) If you have some cash on hand and do not want to wait further then it is advisable to switch to a resale flat.
3) If you are tight on finance then you won't have any option but to wait further.
4) In this case, I would suggest you seek assistance from an MP to increase the chance of your next balloting.
5) If you manage to get a BTO on your next attempt, then you could rent a flat under the PPHS (Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme) to ease your space issue.
6) Please check your eligibility on this PPHS before making your final decision:
