I have existing personal loan and also would like to apply Bank Loan for my next 4rm, will that affect my loan approval? If so, do I need to settle it first then apply for bank loan?

Evening,

Have an existing unsecured loan will definitely affect the amount of mortgage which you can get. On top of that,your credit status also plays a big role. Hence it's advisable to clear off your unsecured loan prior to application for mortgage loan.
