Hi,

For any property less than 60 yrs remaining lease. CPF has a restriction on the amount that can withdraw' CPF withdrawal limit.

https://www.cpf.gov.sg/Members/faq/schemes/Housing/Housing-Scheme?ajsrc=FS&#
Look under this:
*** Property with remaining lease of less than 60 years but at least 30 years
Q: Can I use my CPF savings to buy a property with remaining lease of less than 60 years but at least 30 years?

Unless you are near to or over 55yrs old, in general, you may only withdraw up to certain percentage and not the full amount.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
