I have decoupled my HDB flat so my wife is the sole owner of the flat. Can she sell the flat and purchase another HDB on her own? Or does HDB purchases need to be done as a married couple?

Hi,

I'm afraid not, as since you are legally married, you need to apply jointly as a married couple for resale flat. Thanks and may I understand your objectives better? Perhaps there are other solutions. Thanks and hope to discuss further.
