I have contacted agents to help me selling my unit without signing any fees. After few days and only a bundle of people viewing my flat, I may decide to market it myself. Is this illegal and do I need to inform the agents concerned? Thanks

Hi, it is totally fine if you are marketing yourself. But there are factors to consider like the filling up of paper work and legality issue.

Afternoon,

You might want to look into what causes the low turnout by talking to your respective agents. It might be the case that your agents have advertised your unit at different asking price. Alternatively, marketing the unit on your own is possible. By knowing your cost of advertising and the "know-how" should propel you forward.

If you have engaged many agents. There are many factors like there will be different pricing for your unit as it will be uncontrol. Of course there are also many factors like pricing, location, demand and market sentiments. Do have a talk with your agent and I believe it can be work out.
