Morning Linda,

You should be asking your salesperson this particular question instead of searching for answers here. You can also get the answers on HDB website.

Afternoon Linda,

It seems like you might not have a clear idea on the resale HDB transaction. It's always best to engage a salesperson to assist you if you are not sure about the procedures.

Normal resale transaction will take about 4 to 6 months (inclusive of marketing duration). 1st appointment will based on availability while 2nd appointment will be 6 to 8 weeks from first appointment.

Hope it helps!

Warmest Regards,

Hi Linda,

You are likely a DIY seller and I would say that being unsure of the procedures and time frame, you are running a risk in doing this transaction on your own as you may have to bear consequences for jeopardising a probable deal, if your intention is to save on the service fees.

Pardon me for being blunt, if we salesperson are assisting clients sell their properties for a living, would we be spoiling our own livelihood in providing free consultation in the transaction?

Perhaps if service fees is a concern, you may wish to approach anyone of the registered salesperson and I am sure we will understand your situation and come to a win-win situation for all.

Let me know if my team has the opportunity to be your partner in this transaction.
