I have sold 2 properties in Jansen Road, beside others in this location. The size of these lands are 16,000sqft and 9,300sqft approx. One of them is the new development of 12 units of Terrace houses called "LEGEND @ JANSEN" that has been developed by Fragrance Land Pte Ltd.

I am currently working with developers/ sellers and buyers in both Serangoon Garden and Yio Chu kang estate. Most of them are Detach Bungalow land/houses. I am familiar with the current marketing prices for both bare land, old and newly build houses.
