I have bought a unit direct from HDB under the sale of balance flats. I would like to appeal to HDB to sell off before the MOP due to loanshark harrassment frm prev owner. My qn is,should my appeal be successful,would it be sellable in the open market or should i just sell it back to HDB? I have stayed there for 2 years.
