Hi Siew Lk,

So you bought a condo recently, and now you want to stay in your condo and rent out your HDB - Correct?

If you had bought your HDB in the resale open market and did not obtain any CPF grant to purchase the flat or HDB loan to purchase the unit, you may do so after 2.5 years of occupying the HDB flat.
