I have bought a 2 BR BTO under the single scheme 2 years back and still waiting for the project to be finished but I am planning to get married next year (which the BTO will still not be ready as it is delayed to 2023) and my wife to be already own a private property, can we keep things the way it is? Or one of us need to let go of our property?

In this situation, I believe that you will be ineligible to collect the keys to your 2RM flat upon its TOP, and will have to "give it up".
