I have applied for a BTO. I intend to use the proceeds from resale of current flat to finance the new flat however, that would mean having to sell the flat before we can collect the keys. Does anyone know what is the time allowed for delay before collecting the BTO keys after receiving the notification from HDB? How long beforehand should we start sourcing to sell current flat to enable a good time match?

In order to better advise in your current situation, it would be better if I can know in more details of your estimated key collection date (Q4 2011?)
