I have applied for a BTO flat under the FIANCE/FIANCEE SCHEME. However, I wish to appeal for a change of co-applicant to another person name under the same scheme. What is the probability of success as I have heard that some appeal is successful while afew is rejected. What is the critical factor in the appeal? Thank you
