Afternoon,

You need to try to apply for mortgage loan from bank and received at least rejections from 2 banks. You also need to justify why you are changing to similar sized unit instead of downgrading. I have clients who succeed in getting 3rd and even 4th HDB market rate loan but were all downgrading case.
