I have already signed LOI and paid the Good Faith deposit. My prospective owner has applied to HDB for approval. I do not want to sign TA till the time HDB approves the unit for rental. What should I do? How long does it take by HDB to provide approval for units under special case where owner is posted outside singapore and due to this cannot fulfill MOP requitrements?
