I have a unit to rent out at The Stellar along West Coast Road, near to NUS and NUH. My tenant will finish her lease in Jan'2011. This is a 1389 sqft, 3+1 room, unblocked pool view, high on the 4th floor, no west sun. How should I go about renting it out and how much should I ask for?

CAN YOU DISCLOSE TO ME WHAT IS THE CURRENT RENTAL SO THAT THIS WILL BE A GUIDE FOR ME TO REFER SUIATABLE PROSPECTS WITH THE RIGHT BUDGET TO YOU.IS IT PARTLY OR FULLY FURNISHED?

PLEASE CONFIRM IF TENANTS WILL PERMIT VIEWING NOW OR NEXT MONTH AS NORMALLY, VIEWING IS ALLOWED WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF LEASE EXPIRY. I HAVE A PROSPECT LOOKING FOR DISRTICT 5.
