i have a single income of $7000 and a divorcee, can i qualify for a hdb flat under normal loan? my ex retained the subsidised flat.

Dear Klutzy,

If you are divorce with the custody of any kids, you can applied for normal HDB loan. However, if you are divorce with no kids, you can only use bank loan for the purchase.
