Your girlfriend will be unable to apply for BTO on her own name unless she includes you as an essential occupier under the Fiance/Fiancee scheme, however, due to your existing HDB that is still under MOP, she will not be eligible to apply.

Unfortunately no singles below 35 cannot apply BTO on their own, they need to apply together with their spouse. Which means its not possible for you guys since you are still under the MOP period.

She can purchase private property now on her own name no issue. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

As your girlfriend is below age 35, she is not eligible to apply for a BTO flat under her sole name. She will at least require to be a co-owner or an essential occupier for the application. As you currently own a HDB flat that has not met the MOP, you are not eligible to be listed in the BTO application.
