I have a property for rent and is currently being marketed by Agent A. However, for about 1 month, there had been only 1 viewing appointment. On the other hand, I got to know Agent B through a contact and Agent B had been agreesively recommending prospective tenants to me, at higher rate. Should I and can I switch agent?
