I have a private property now and is also a co-owner of another private property. Can I sell my own property and get a HDB resale? Must I remove my name from the other property?

Evening Ivan,

HDB buyers must be either SC single above age of 35 or married SC to another PR or foreigner, or PR married to another PR. If you are taking bank loan, there's no income ceiling restrictions. However, you must remove your ownership status from any private properties, within and outside Singapore, within 6 months from key collection of your HDB unit.
