However, in order to be on the safe side, you can engage a professional real estate agent to assist you to find out all the necessary info on your behalf should you not have the capacity to do so. If you are residing overseas and unable to handle the paperwork for resale, you only need to appoint Power of Attorney to save you all the trouble. As for owning a private cluster house, you will be subjected to MSR, TDSR, loan quantum etc... It would be best to get your banker to do a financial check for you before committing.
