I have a hdb resale flat under the sibling scheme with my brother (SPR). He is now married to a non citizen and holding social visit pass. Can I transfer the house ownership house to her so that I can buy resale hdb with wife?

Afternoon Charles,

You cannot transfer the ownership. You would have to sell it to your brother and sister-in-law, doing a new valuation report. However, you can choose to perform a part sales to your brother.
