i have a hdb house in singapore. i only stay in the singapore house for 3 years. i stay overseas and want to buy house overseas. if i pay finish the mortgage for the singapore house, can i still buy overseas property?

Evening,

Acording to your statement, you have purchase the current HDB unit about 3 years ago.
Did you take HDB loan or HDB grant for the unit? Or did you took Bank Loan?

By answering those questions, you should know if you have fulfilled the MOP, hence you would get the clear answers automatically.
