I have a HDB flat rented out (beyond MOP) and recently I brought a condo from the open market. Can I continue to rent out my HDB flat while I stay in the condo? Or I must stay in HDB.

Hi keke,

You are entitled to do that since MOP is met for your HDB, however, do take note of the property tax imposed on both your properties.
