I have a Hdb flat from resale and what is the MOP in order to own another flat eg. an EC ? Without selling my Hdb?

Afternoon Viv,

Firstly, the EC would have to be a resale EC, not brand new ones.
Secondly, it would have to depend on when you purchase your HDB unit. Did you take a bank loan or HDB loan and whether housing grant have being utilised.

Hi Viv,

If you wanna keep your current HDB flat, new EC will not be your choice of your purchase.
As for your MOP, it got to depend on a few factors.
