I have a foreiger friend ( PRC ), wish to invest 1BR in any area. How much is the stamp duty need to pay ? ( He has never bought any property in SG ) How he can get the loan ? ( From China Bank or Local Bank ) Any good area that TOP arould 2015 or 2016 ?

Hi,

The Stamp Duty for foreigner is (3%-$5400) + 10%.
He get get loan from any bank in Singapore.

Please do let me know his budget, so that I can recommend accordingly.
