I have a few queries that I need help on

Upon receiving from the seller $4k to execute the otp when can the 1st appt be made? Subsequently when can the 2nd appt take place?

If I sold the flat for 500k plus additional 30k cov, when will I get the cov? After 1st appt? The cov paid is inclusive of the 5k paid earlier?

When will I get the cash proceed and / or money credited into my cpf? After the 2nd appt?
