I have a EM in AMK and my new condo will be ready in 3mths time. Should i rent out my HDB or sell it? How rent/sale can the EM fetch?

You may want to keep these 2 options open, for renting and selling. Personally, I feel that there be more tenant that will be looking at renting your unit instead. Cheers!

I would sell if i need cash in the near future,

otherwise i would keep my hdb for high rental yield,

I charge a commission of 1% for exclusive selling rights to your hdb,

Standard rental commission charge half month comm for 1year lease,

Full month comm for 2year lease.
