Would like to know if your EA is configured to 4 or 3 bedrooms? Last December, a similar unit was rented out for $2700. Perhaps you may wish to use this as an estimation. For benefit of doubt just in case you are unaware, SPR are not allowed to rent out their HDB and you will be required to have met your MOP before you are allowed to rent out your HDB subject to HDB's approval. There are a fair bit of factories around your area and could generate a fair share of demand from the workers working in this area like Hitachi Data and the nearby Kaki Bukit Industrial area.
