But I would like to apply for a BTO with my bf. Since it takes six years to build BTO now, is it possible for me to apply the BTO, then sell the condo 30 months before getting the keys?
Since you already have a private property, at the point of application, you will not be eligible to apply for a flat from HDB.
However, you may buy a resale flat from the open market but without the CPF Housing Grant.
Another option is it sell your private property and then wait out a 30 month period before applying for a flat directly from HDB.

2) So you can only apply BTO 30 months later after selling private property.
3) This has nothing to do with how long HDB needs to take to build their BTO.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply for a BTO for your situation because under the current ruling, you will need to sell off the condo first, wait out a 30 months waiting period before you are eligible to apply for a new BTO.

I am sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to apply for a BTO flat as you currently own a private property.
In order to apply for a BTO, you will need to dispose off your interest in the condo, then wait-out a period of 30 months, before being eligible to apply for the BTO.
You may wish to consider to sell your shares in the condo to your sister and wait out the 30 months if you are not in a hurry to get married.
However, if you do not wish to wait at least 9 years (2.5yr wait-out period + 6 years of construction, and assuming you're lucky to get a unit upon your first BTO application) to collect your keys to the BTO, you may wish to consider a resale HDB or a private condo instead.
