I have a Chinese (PRC) national who is interested to buy my landed property. Are there restrictions to prevent this transaction? What are some possible legitimate loopholes that this potential buyer can exercise in order to overcome the restriction? Thank you.

Hello Mr Wong,

For landed porperty, there are certain conditions which the buyer has to fulfill if he is not a SC. Do call me up on 93380071  and we can discuss this.
