I have a Bank Loan for my 4rm HDB flat, Can i do a contra for a 4rm or a 5rm HDB ?

Dear nish,
you can only do contra from hdb loan to hdb loan, if not you will have to sell your flat and negotiate with the new unit owner you purchase to allow you for early move in then you are able to have a place to stay other than doing bridging loan
