As you mentioned if the TOP is end 2010, I feel now is about the right time to market for sale. Property about 3 ~ 6 mths to TOP is the best time to market. Usually buyers like to buy close to TOP, even though they know they need to pay slightly higher price.

considering the market trending now, it would be good to sell now while its so bullish. But as you are selling a landed property, sometimes it is better to wait till TOP as buyers would like to view and feel the completed home. Response would also be better then. I hope this helps.
