Good afternoon David, I am afraid you have to sell off your private condo if you decide to purchase a resale HDB. In accordance to HDB regulation, resale HDB buyer has to dispose off any interest in private property be it in Singapore or overseas within 6 months after HDB completion date. Hope it helps!
