I have a 4rm flat which I purchased direct from HDB resale flat on Sept-2008. Is this considered subsidised flat? Can I buy private property after MOP of 5years? Because from the HDB website, it only mentioned non-subsidised flat which is open market. I intend to buy within 2013.

Afternoon,

Direct purchase from HDB is considered as subsidized unit. Upon fulfilling your MOP, you are eligible to purchase private properties, based on your income status and credit record. Since your purchase was completed on Sept 2008, you can start to hunt for unit is Sept 2013.
