Morning James, You are required to submit the HDB resale checklist, 7 days prior issuing OTP to your buyer. This checklist can only be submitted after your MOP. Therefore, you will still be eligible to market your unit now but you will not be able to secure your buyers as everything that is to be signed now is of zero value. Hi James, It will be advisable to start marketing two weeks to 1 month before MOP date. Why? 1) By then, valuation report will expire. why waste money now? 2) You can only issue option to purchase on/ after MOP date Hope it helps!
