Hi there,
Having said that your late dad has pass down the ownership of the king george flat to you. Once you have sold it, you will be considered 2nd timer. You will still be allowed to take HDB Loan provided your Gross income is not more than $5000 a month but can only purchase flat that is 5room and below size. No grant will be given since you are under the category of 2nd timer. But if you choose to take a bank loan, You can purhcase any flat time in the resale market.

Do give me a ring so i can guide you along.

God Bless

Morning Wan,

By your statement, I would assume that your inherited the unit. Did your late dad bought it from the open market? With or without grant? HDB loan or bank loan? Such status will be carried forward to you, as the inheritant, which will also affect your future options.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion
