Good evening Zalinah,

Apologies to inform you that you have to dispose off any interest in your residential properties in Malaysia within 6 months from your resale HDB purchase completion.

If not, you can try email in to HDB for appeal before you purchase any resale HDB.

Evening Zalinah,

With the current public housing ruling, all HDB buyers are required to remove their private property ownership within 6 months from key collection.
