I had purchase a private property and had stay in HDB flat for more than 5 yrs.
If i sell away the HDB flat, am i allowed to buy another HDB resale flat?

Morning Jenny,

Since you are the owner of both private property and HDB unit. By selling your HDB unit to purchase another HDB unit, you will need to sell away your private property within 6 months from key collection of the upcoming purchase.

Morning Jenny,

After selling your current HDB flat, you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat but you have to give up the rights of your private property by selling it off within 6 months from completion of your resale purchase.
