I had previously sold my 1st BTO flat. Right now intend to apply for a 2nd time for a BTO. I am Singaporean while my partner is PR. We have a Singaporean Child. Our household income is 3200 gross. May I know if we need to pay for levy or is there a housing grant for 2nd timer?

Hi
Yes you need to pay a levy if you buy another flat directly from HDB. No resale levy is payable if you choose to purchase a resale. There is also no grant that a 2nd timer is eligible for except for PHG grant (live near/with parents) if you choose to buy a resale.

    How much is the sales levy for 2nd BTO applicants? Is it $40k for 4Rm and $45k for 5Rm? This sales levy need to add on top of the sales price of the BTO flat sales price? Do they look at household income before applying this? Or irregardless of household income?
