I had enter 12 months leasing agreement with the owner. She now giving 1month notice to ask us move. She said it won't return the deposit to me. What should I do?

Morning Terence, If you have done nothing wrong on your end, talk to your agent or approach the small claim court, with your TA and the notice to move from your landlord. However, if you have not being paying your rental promptly or done something that against the T&C within the TA, it's best you abide by the rules and move on.
