I had completed the resale process.
I agreed with 3 months extension.
Now seller requesting further 2 months extension and would like to pay for compensation in monetary form (rental).
If I agree with this, am I breaching HDB MOP rules?
Seek you advice on this.

Yes you are. The maximum extension the Seller can request for is 3 months.
