I had an interim, final interim and court order to surrender the flat to HDB. I follow the sequence.
HDB is not accepting my application by saying if the other party refuse to allow valuer to come in to value the house or refuse to vacant the house, I will have no way to purchase a second flat. How can HDB never even try to approach the party before rejecting my application...HDB should have a list of surrender values in fact....What is the procedures to surrender?
