I had a tenant who was repariated before the end of 2 year lease which was 23 n half month. I refunded the security deposit & but the tenant agent want pro rated rent & commission refunded back for the period he was not occupying the unit. Is this legally right to do this. Please comment & let me know your advice.

Hi Kaycee, it still voice down to the TA and how the contract was being written.
