I HAD A RESALE FLAT IN 1994, AND GOT MY HDB FLAT BALLOT IN 1999. RESALE FLAT SOLD BEFORE I GOT 2nd FLAT. AND I HAVE BEEN OUT OF SINGAPORE SINCE 1996, RETURN TO SELL MY FLAT TWICE ONLY. NOW I WANT TO BUY A FLAT, PLEASE ADVISE.

Afternoon David,

Correct me if I got you wrong: you sold your resale flat before you got your ballot unit. But you are out of Singapore since 1996, before your ballot unit in 1999? But you still managed to return to Singapore to sell yor ballot unit, even though you didn't fulfill the MOP?

The logic doesn't sounds right. And even by some mistake it took place, hence you have bought a resale unit from open market and a new unit from HDB. Are you currently looking to buy another resale flat? Or hoping to buy another new flat?
