Hi Irry,

1) Unfortunately, it is only the owner's income is considered for a loan amount.
2) Your wife has to be at least an SPR to be listed as co-owner. Till then, her income can come under consideration on increasing the loan.
3) Because without being an owner, she has no legal responsibility to pay back the loan.
