1) It is very difficult to get approval in the ethnic quota.
2) Yes, the HDB reviews the quota at the beginning of every month.
3) If you have followed the news closely, an opposition party had raised this in parliament and got rejected by the Minister of the Ministry of National Development in 2021. Saying this is the core of our belief (balance of 4 races in a living estate) and should not be taken lightly.
4) Personally, I had come across a case that the seller had failed in appeal for more than 3 years.
