I got an existing private condo and outstanding loan. Understand that I can purchase a resale HDB, and need to dispose my private condo within 6 months.

However I would like to know how much can I borrow from bank for my resale HDB if I am buying resale HDB first before selling my private condo? I got an existing loan for my private condo.
